Biography

Louisa Jewell, MAPP

Louisa Jewell is a speaker, author and positive psychology expert who has spoken to over 50,000 people around the world about how to flourish both at work and in their personal lives.  She has worked with hundreds of organizations in all sectors to improve resilience, well-being and happiness at work.  Louisa is a student of the Second City Stand-up Comedy course and her work has been featured in Forbes, The Globe and Mail, Huffington Post, Canadian Living Magazine, Live Happy Magazine, CHCH TV, to name a few. Her best-selling book Wire your Brain for Confidence;  The Science of Conquering Self-Doubt was released in September, 2017. She is the founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association (www.cppa.ca) an organization dedicated to improving the mental health of all Canadians and is a professor at the University of Texas.
