Keynote Topics:
What Makes People Great Communicators?
This keynote is designed to shift the way you communicate to get tremendous results, including: more money, more time, and more productivity for you and the people around you. You will also learn a new way of problem solving and responding to communication in a way that makes sense to Baby Boomers, Millennials, Gen X, and Gen Z.
What Makes People Great Communicators?
Have you ever felt like you are speaking a different language when addressing someone who is of a different generation? There are now three (soon to be four) different generations in the workplace. Each generation brings to the workplace its own perspectives and assumptions. As a result, information is not processed homogenously and communication is incomplete. This causes increased stress, anxiety and fear amongst employees. This talk assists leaders in understanding how different generations process and present information, allowing them to meet the needs of different generations in the workplace.
