We don’t look forward to normal, we look forward to better

No one doubts that COVID-19 is one of the direst threats the world has ever faced. And yet, amidst the confusion and anxiety, there are ever stronger signs of hope and solidarity, a sense of, and desire for, togetherness. As we inch towards re-opening our doors, we don’t look forward to a normal, we look forward to a world that’s better.

Our sense-making conversations are put together with the hopes that you continue to adapt and evolve. We do this as our way of thanking you for the support you’ve given us over the years. We have the content, we have resources, and we want to help you continue to stay engaged and continue that dream.

This upcoming week you can expect a different schedule week as we have our Sense-Making Conversation happening on Friday at 12:30 pm. This will be our only Sense-Making Conversation this week, as we transition into having two, per week.

Change is afoot and the need to innovate has been thrust upon every organization on the planet. In this session, Karen Ward will talk about why curiosity is crucial to the success of your organization moving forward. Without curiosity there is no creativity, innovation or change. And there is no connection and trust between and amongst the people who need to drive that change. Building a culture of curiosity and strong curiosity muscles is the fuel your organization needs to imagine and implement what’s next.

Karen is passionate about unlocking the power and promise of curiosity in organizations and individuals so they can grow and do good in the world.

She is the Founder of Curiosity Inc, a consultancy that helps teams strengthen their curiosity, creativity and collaboration muscles, and Curiosity Global, an online community devoted to driving change through acts of curiosity, creativity, and connection.
